Vancouver Jin Shin Do Therapy in Yaletown
- with Therapist Kim Tuson
Japanese Acupressure is an ancient traditional finger technique. It’s gentle, firm, consistent pressure stimulates vital energy points along the meridians that run from head to toe and along either side of the spine. When the points are pressed they release muscular tension, promote circulation of blood, and the Qi (life energy) flows more smoothly, thus assisting in self-healing. Acupressure is a gentle alternative to Acupuncture.
Jin Shin Do additional benefits include:
- Increased flow of endorphins
- Alleviated emotional stress and anxiety
- Balance of body, mind, and spirit
