Long-term stress can put you at risk for heart disease.  With ever increasing work demands, reducing stress can be a difficult and tricky balancing act. Although reducing workload is one of the major keys to reducing the strain, it isn’t the only option. Sometimes the management of stress is more important than the amount of stress itself. Chinese Medicine provides treatment and offers immediate stress reduction, while restoring optimal health. So whether you have recently suffered from a heart attack or angina, or you have just been warned by your doctor to be cautious about your heart health, Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture are here to help.
